Kim Gardiner, Owner / Head Trainer
Owner and head trainer at Perfecta Farm, stands out as one of the most successful and dedicated coaches of young and developing Hunter/Jumper riding talent.
Since founding Perfecta Farm more than 20 years ago, Kim has trained some of the most promising Junior and Amateur riders throughout the Midwest to the highest levels of national competition.
Perfecta Farm talent, annually competes in the biggest nationally recognized shows, including The Devon Horse Show, Washington International Horse Show, and The Maclay.
With an unwavering dedication to the equestrian discipline, Kim is a nationally recognized United States Equestrian Foundation "R" judge, focused on Hunters, Hunter Seat Equitation, and Jumpers. Kim often lends her expertise to Hunter/Jumper shows throughout the country.
In 2010 & 2001 Perfecta Farm coached the many champions in both Zone 5 and IHJA, as well as qualifying riders for the all the major indoor competitions. In 2011 Perfecta riders accounted for year end Champions and Reserve Champions in more than 40 divisions. Trainer of two USE Talent Search Gold Medal winners (Haley Buchmiller and Mara Kranz), as well as numerous Silver, and Bronze medal winners. The USET Talent Search Gold Medal is one of the most prestigious awards an Equitation rider can aspire to achieve in their riding career. Less than 90 Gold Medals have been awarded since the inception of the class in 1993. Some of Kim’s riders have gone on to represent our country abroad; and some have gone on and become successful trainers on the own in the Midwest and throughout the United States. Lastly, Kim is firm believer in her students continued education, with her riders having earned collegiate scholarships through the Illinois Hunter and Jumper Association.
The training ring, however, is just one area in which Kim Gardiner contributes to the development of the Hunter/Jumper discipline. Outside of Kim's training work, she serves as:

Mara Kranz, Assistant Trainer
Mara Kranz comes from an impressive legacy of well-known equestrians. Trained under Kim Gardiner, Mara competed successfully within the IHJA circuit taking home wins in both Pony Medal and Jr. Medal Finals. Her impressive resume boasts year-end Equitation champion every year she competed as a Junior!

Fatima will enhance you experience and performance by improving the harmony between you and your horse regardless of discipline.
Fatima has more than 45 years of training experience in Dressage. She is proudly a fourth generation of equestrians. She has trained and competed through F.E.I. Dressage; U.S.D.F. and U.S.E.T. “R” Dressage Judge; U.S.D.F. Silver Medalist. Fatima judges nationwide at the top Dressage Shows.
